What is a Treatment Coordinator?

A Treatment Coordinator is there to support you from day one. They are the communication and connection between you and your dentist, and are always on hand for all your dental needs. Here at Newton Dental, Naomi Van-Berkel, our appointed Treatment Coordinator will be able to help support you, be a listening ear and guide you throughout treatment and answer all your questions and ensure your dental journey is personal and fulfilled.

Deliver professional advice.
Explain treatment options available and go over any treatment plans proposed, to ensure you are fully involved in all stages of treatment and to ensure you fully understand.
Discuss payment options available.
Discuss finance options.
Discuss care plan membership options.
Scheduling appointments.
Answer any questions you may have throughout- your Treatment Coordinator is always on hand.
Offer reassurance for all patients, ensuring each experience is relaxed and positive as possible.

From scheduling and reminding you of appointments, to going over what to expect from your treatment, everything is covered and makes things just a little simpler.
