Dental Attendance Policy

At Newton Dental we want to inform our patients if they do not keep up with their NHS registration and do not attend for 3 years, unfortunately they will be deregistered. This is something we try to avoid, but due to the rise in patients not attending in more than 3 years, it means we are unable to open our book to other patients.

Other dental practices have policies in place, which deregister patients after 2 years, but we have extended our policy to 3 years, which we hope you can appreciate.
