NHS Attendance Policy:
Failure to attend the practice for dental check-ups within a 2 year period, or have two consecutive late cancellations or missed appointments within this period, will be deregistered. Please ask the team for more information.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
If any patient is abusive or violent towards any member of staff or individuals within the practice, they will be asked to leave, have the call terminated or alternatively they will be deregistered or in extreme cases, the police will be contacted. Please ask the team for more information.
